VINIFICATION La fermentation alcoolique aprs pressurage des raisins grapps dure 10 12 jours une temprature comprise entre 15C et 16C en cuves inox thermorgules. DEGUSTATION Sa robe est jaune vif, lumineuse. C'est un vin lger, trs fruit avec un bouquet intense d'agrumes et de fruits jaunes. En bouche il est subtil, piquant et frais avec des armes de mandarine, d'abricot, de pche jaune et un final lgrement pic. METS Idal
