Nose: Rich soft smooth aromas, vanilla and soft flaky ginger biscuits, dried fruits and hints of whipped cream with a golden toffee sauce, rice cakes with a crispy caramel wafer note to add to the mix. Palate: Baked French patisserie, glazed fruit buns and raisins with succulent sultanas, brown golden sugar, pancakes with banana and clotted cream filling, a dash of
