Prediomagno, Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato 2021 Alentejo is long and gently savouryRuche is a native black grape indigenous to the area of Castagnole Monferrato DOCG in Piedmont. It was saved from the brink of extinction in the 1960's by the local parish priest, Don Cauda, who began growing it in the parish Benefice, even though he received repeated reprimands from the Curia. The Prediomagno Ruche is intense ruby red in colour. The nose has a broad aroma of roses and ripe red fruit. Very elegant on the palate, with soft, velvety
