Remizieres, Crozes-Hermitage Christophe Vintage:2016 The 2010 de Fargues hasThe 2016 Crozes Hermitage Cuvee Christophe boasts some lovely notes of pepper, violets and black raspberries but also a veneer of cedar and vanilla. It's creamy and lush across the medium to full bodied palate, with the oak playing too prominent a role, and coming across as slightly popcorn like on the long finish.
