Heart of the Sea medium Sam Bass was NASCAR's first12 x 10 x 4 inch original aluminum sculpture by aquatic artist Dillon Powell. Dillon is a multidisciplinary artist known for his dynamic aquatic sculptures, and his incredible architectural installations. As a Florida native, Dillon has always been inspired by the natural beauty of the area. This piece is finished in Voodoo Violet Kandy and sealed with a clear coat., with a 4" black granite base.
