JJ 12AX7 ECC83 ECC83S Low Noise Vacuum Tube With Box Berman Plays Liszt Tube One measured 61/60 whileThis low noise JJ 12AX7 ECC83S dual triode was tested on our Paul Hart calibrated TV7 U for shorts, gas and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas and it measured an almost perfectly balanced 48 47 where minimum (65%) is 32 32 and 100% is 49 49. It has excellent silkscreening; excellent flashing and an O getter. Its filaments are spirally wound hence the "S" in "ECC83S" for low noise operation. I am playing it in my Pro Ject Tube Box S phono
